Bianca Hillier is a strategic, multidisciplinary colorist with an eye for innovation. Bianca prides herself on her natural ability to create dimensional color hand-tailored to each client. Best known for her hair painting skills, specifically with the Balayage highligting technique. As a Los Angeles native, Bianca understands the Southern California aesthetic innately. Her signature highlight is compared to that of naturally sun-kissed hair using Balayage meticulously and seamlessly as if hit by the sun. Both model clients and local socialites depend on her to make them appear as if on the beach more than they are in reality, giving her the title of the 'Queen of Surfer Lights'.
Bianca began as a self-taught colorist early on; enrolled cosmetology school at 17 for the foundation of color technique and hair health & immediately began assisting at salons in Los Angeles. She began coloring models for Nomad agency and swiftly gaining a following which lead to her first chair at the celebrity filled Andy LeCompte salon in West Hollywood.
BIanca's clients range from top model Roz, Rocky Barnes, & Bregje Heinen to model / influencer/ socialite Sofia Richie-Grange. Models aside Lauren Lapkus, Whitney Port and even Diplo are regulars in her chair.
Setting the bar, Bianca is depended on by her 60K+ Tik Tok & 100K+ Instagram followers, who mainly consists of fellow colorists and budding cosmetologists. Bianca serves daily step-by-step instructions on how to create the correct formula choice for each base, explain her positioning philosophy of how she customizes her highlight direction weave each face shape and cowlick.
Technologically innocative haircare brand Olaplex hired her for their team in 2005 and has enjoyed teaching her techniques for symposiums and online master classes alike, being interviewed by the media and being depended on for the brand's new product development.
Bianca travels the globe for her clients, has regular residencies in Dubai and Bahrain & represented by top hair colorist agency Crosby Carter Management out of the US.
