Shane is an Australian makeup artist that during his first two years of being in the industry was able to do nine Australian Vogue covers. A fast start that continued to upwardly move after he moved to the US when he landed his first American Vogue cover shot by legendary Herb Ritts and then landing Charlize Theron and later a contract with Dior.
Shane began in New York by collaborating with Ralph Lauren which led to him meeting Kevyn Aucoin. He became Kevyn’s protegé and based of Mr. Aucoin’s recommendation, was hired as the key makeup artist for the movie The Thomas Crown Affair. The film made him known to celebrities as his makeup for Rene Russo was noted due to her iconic beauty. The House of Dior introduced him Oscar winner Charlize Theron garnering him an international contract with Dior as their Beauty Expert/Advisor for a decade.
Now, the Beauty Editor-In-Chief for Australian Vogue, he is able to be creative with fashion editorials around the globe while also providing epic looks for Charlize Theron, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, Michelle Monaghan and Olivia Munn.
